Crafted from Sophia-grown serrano and cayenne peppers, our Use Wisely Hot Sauce is made by fermentation (rather than using vinegar), creating a bright and fruit-forward taste. We like to say that Use Wisely is hot... with a purpose.

Bee Wise Hot Sauce is an adventure in flavor! Crafted from Sophia-grown serrano and cayenne peppers, with the addition of honey from our bee partners on the farm, this sauce is wonderfully hot and sweet. Words are inadequate. You must experience this sauce for yourself.

This Bundle option is designed to give you a simple way to have Sophia's Sauces shipped to you. You can easily mix and match two ($25) or three (for only $10 more) bottles of sauce and have them shipped to you or someone else as a gift. Choose between our Use Wisely or Bee Wise Hot Sauce. Shipping is included in the price of the bundle. You can also choose our gift wrapping option (seasonal or any occasion). If you instead want to add bottles to your CSA box or arrange local delivery ($5) or local pick up, return to the Shop and individually add as many as you want to your cart.
