Crafted from Sophia-grown serrano and cayenne peppers, our Use Wisely Hot Sauce is made by fermentation (rather than cooking), creating a bright and fruit-forward taste that is still plenty hot. Vintage 2022 is a beautiful red color and has a thicker consistency than 2021, as we used a slightly different method to process the peppers.
