Crafted from Sophia-grown serrano and cayenne peppers, our Use Wisely Hot Sauce is made by fermentation (rather than cooking), creating a bright and fruit-forward taste that is still plenty hot. Vintage 2022 is a beautiful red color and has a thicker consistency than 2021, as we used a slightly different method to process the peppers.

And also introducing Bee Wise Hot Sauce, an adventure in flavor! Crafted from Sophia-grown serrano and cayenne peppers, with the addition of honey from our bee partners on the farm, this sauce is wonderfully hot and sweet. Words are inadequate. You must order this sauce to experience it for yourself.

We will deliver your hot sauce to you for $5 no matter how much you purchase! Just let us know below how to bring it to you. (Limited to Greater Richmond and Greater Petersburg areas.) If you prefer local pickup, do not pay the $5 delivery charge and someone will contact you regarding a pickup day, time, and location.
